Thanks for using Messages: SMS & Texting App (the "App"), brought to you by Unseenapps ("we," "us," "our," or the "Publisher"). This page lays out the terms you agree to when you download, install, or use the App. Please take a moment to read through it. If something here doesn't work for you, we'd rather you not use the App than agree to terms you're not comfortable with.

What the App Is For

The App is built to help you send and receive SMS and MMS text messages from your phone, keep your conversations organized, attach photos or files, and personalize how your messaging experience looks and sounds. Depending on your version, it may also include search, folders, and backup tools.

Who Can Use It

You can use the App if you're old enough to legally use text messaging services where you live, and if you're able to enter into an agreement like this one. If local law considers you a minor, you'll need a parent or guardian's okay to use the App.

Permissions We Might Ask For

For the App to actually work, it may ask for a few permissions on your phone:

• Messaging (SMS/MMS) so it can send, receive, and show your texts
• Contacts so it can display names instead of just numbers
• Camera and media so you can send and view photos, videos, or files
• Storage so attachments and backups (if you turn that on) can be saved
• Notifications so you know when a new message comes in

You're free to turn any of these off in your phone's settings whenever you like — just know that doing so might limit what the App can do for you.

Things We Ask You Not to Do

While using the App, please don't:

• Send spam, mass unsolicited texts, or scam messages
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or stalk anyone
• Share content that's illegal, obscene, or violates someone else's rights
• Try to hack, break into, or mess with the App's systems
• Use the App in a way that breaks telecom or privacy laws where you live

If you do any of the above, we may limit or shut off your access to the App.

Your Messages Are Yours

Everything you write, send, or receive through the App belongs to you — not to us. Unseenapps doesn't read, sell, or monitor your private conversations. If you turn on any optional backup or sync feature, how that data is handled is explained in our separate Privacy Policy, and it only kicks in if you say yes to it.

About Carrier Charges

The App works through your phone's SIM and cellular or data connection, so your regular carrier's SMS, MMS, and data charges may apply. We don't control your mobile network, so we can't be responsible for delivery delays, dropped messages, or unexpected fees from your provider. If you're not sure about your plan, it's worth double-checking with your carrier.

Who Owns the App

The App itself — its design, code, name, and branding — belongs to Unseenapps. We're giving you a personal license to use it, not to copy it, take it apart, resell it, or use our branding without asking us first in writing.

Other Services the App Might Use

Sometimes the App connects with outside tools, like backup storage providers, sticker packs, or analytics services. Those have their own rules and privacy practices that we don't control, so please check them out if you're curious.

Your Privacy

How we collect and handle information related to your use of the App is described in our Privacy Policy, which works together with these Terms. By using the App, you're agreeing to what's in that policy too.

Updates and Changes to the App

We might update the App, add or remove features, or take it offline briefly for maintenance. We try to keep things running smoothly, but we can't promise the App will be perfect or always available.

If You Break These Terms

If we notice you seriously or repeatedly breaking these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or end your access to the App without giving advance notice.

No Promises, Legally Speaking

The App is provided "as is." We don't make any guarantees about it being error-free, secure, or always working the way you expect, beyond what the law requires of us.

If Something Goes Wrong

To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect damages like lost messages, lost data, or lost business that might come from using the App. This doesn't apply to anything that legally can't be limited, like liability for death, injury, or fraud.

Changes to These Terms

We may update this page from time to time. If we make a significant change, we'll let you know through the App or its store listing. If you keep using the App after that, it means you're okay with the update.

Which Laws Apply

This agreement follows the laws that apply to Unseenapps' place of business, regardless of where you happen to be using the App from.
